Contingent Attorney fees mean no attorney fees unless you get a financial recovery.

·       Maximum of 20 % of any settlement or award based on Permanent Disability

·       10 % of any settlement or award based on Temporary Disability

This means two things:

We get no fee if you do not recover - there is no risk of you getting stuck with attorney fees, and

We have an incentive to work hard for you - the realities of the business of law means the more we get you, the greater the fee for us.

Furthermore, settlement fees are not only statutorily set, but must be approved by the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Court.

In addition to attorney fees you receive, we request all costs which are neasonable and necessary to prepare your case be reimbursed to our firm.
